To Foster an environment that inculcate a sense of integrity and responsibility among the Young Voters of the country an event was organised by the PG Departments of History and Pol.Science of the college on 19th February, 2024. Various activities like Skit, Mock Drill Exercise and Human Chain were practised to create awareness amongst students. Balwant Singh, Election Nodal Officer graced the occasion and interacted with students to encourage more Young Voters to take part in the political process.

The PG Departments of History and Pol.Science of the college under the aegis of Ministry of Education and Ministry of Youth affairs organised a one week campaign from 28th February – 6th March, 2024 on the theme ‘Mera Pehla Vote Desh Ke Liye’ various activities like Motivational Song , Short Skit, Poem Recitation and Flash Mob Dance etc. Were conducted to propagate electoral Literacy amongst students. Dr. Charanjit.K.Mahal, Director GNGC and GNCH along with College Principal Dr. Rakhi Malhotra graced the occasion with their benign presence.

A fun and educative Business quiz was organised by the PG Department of Commerce and Management on 7th March,2024 to acquaint the students with the knowledge and strategies of Business World. Anshika, Hanshika and Muskaan grabbed 1st Prize, Nidhi, Arshdeep Kaur and Ashmeet Kaur grabbed 2nd Prize whereas Amritpal Kaur, Anjali and Sukhmanjit Kaur clinched 3rd Prize in the quiz competition.

The PG Faculty of History and Political Science of the College organised an activity on 18th March, 2024 regarding the Registration of New Voters as per the instructions provided by Election Commission of India. More than 80 students got themselves registered as New Voters. S. Balwant Singh, Nodal Officer, Atam Nagar along with BLO interacted with the students and guided them with the steps of registration.

The PG Department of History and Political Science of the College organised A Sweep Activity on Election Awareness on 26th March,2024 as per the instructions issued by Mr. Paramdeep Singh, Assistant Returning Officer (062 Atam Nagar, Ludhiana). A number of students, Faculty members and other employees observed Voting Pledge. Members of NGO ( Initiative for Change) interacted with the students regarding the importance of every single vote and motivated the students to know about the candidates.

An Entrepreneurship Awareness Program (EAP) was organized under the aegis of MSME Development and Facilitation Office under the Ministry of MSME, Govt. Of India for the students of Commerce and Management on 26th March,2024 (Tuesday). The resource persons of the day were Smt. Anupama Rani and Mr. Wazir Singh, Asst. Directors, MSME Development and Facilitation office, Ludhiana, Mr. Sarabjit Singh, Lead District Manager, Ludhiana and Mr. Rajdeep Singh, District Industries Centre, Ludhiana. The aim of the program was to motivate the students for self-employment and to set-up their own enterprise by creating awareness amongst them.

An IT Seminar was organised on 6th April, 2024 aiming to bring into light various aspects associated with the IT Industry. 35 students from BCA-6th Sem and MSc.(IT)-2ND Sem presented their presentations highlighting the innovation in IT Industry, sparking thoughtful discussion and stimulating new ideas.
