The Faculties of Humanities, Fashion Designing and Science of Guru Nanak Girls College, Model Town, Ludhiana organized Welcome Function cum Freshers’ Contest to welcome the newcomers on 29.08.25. Miss Fresher Contest was the star attraction of the event wherein 85 enthusiastic freshers sashayed the ramp and set the stage on fire with their elegance, confidence and telent. Senior students of the college presented mesmerizing dance performances. Ishpreet Kaur (BA 1) was declared Miss Fresher, Gurpreet Kaur (BA 1) and Supreet Kaur (MA Political Science) were the first and second Runners up respectively. Japleen Kaur (MA Sociology) was given the title of Miss Beautiful Smile, Dilpreet Kaur (BA1) was declared Miss Elegant, Ginni Bagga (M.Sc Biotech) was declared Best Outfit and Ishpreet Kaur Sondh (MA Sociology) was declared Best Hairstyle.
