NATIONAL ANTI-RAGGING WEEK | 12–18 AUGUST 2026

Guru Nanak Girls College observed Anti-Ragging Week from 12 to 18 August 2026 with a strong message of respect, dignity, friendship and inclusion.

The students took the Anti-Ragging Oath, pledging to uphold a safe, respectful and welcoming campus environment and to stand firmly against every form of ragging, humiliation, intimidation and harassment.

Students took a resolution and pasted it on the PLEDGE wall.

The students were addressed by the Director and Principal of the College, who sensitised them about the serious consequences of ragging and encouraged students to build relationships based on mutual respect, empathy and camaraderie. They emphasised that seniors should be role models, guides and friends, helping create a positive and supportive college community.
