PG Department of Biotechnology and UG Department and Bioinformatics organized an Extension Lecture-cum-Workshop on “Basic and Advanced Bioinformatics Tools Providing Insight into Prediction and Analysis of Protein Structures” on 4th March, 2025. The aim of the workshop was to provide information about freely available online tools i.e. STRING, Pymol, Cytoscape, GenScan, Glimmer, Swiss PDB viewer etc. which provide basic understanding of analyzing genome sequences, predicting protein structures and their applications in insilico drug designing.
