Guru Nanak Girls College, Model Town, Ludhiana, organised an “Earn While You Learn” Initiative on the occasion of National Small Industry Day to promote the spirit of entrepreneurship, creativity, innovation and self-reliance among students.
The initiative was organised by the Department of Commerce & Management and provided students with a valuable platform to showcase their innovative products and ideas through student stalls. The activity offered hands-on exposure to various aspects of entrepreneurship, including product presentation, customer interaction, marketing and sales, enabling students to gain practical experience beyond the classroom.
Dr. (Mrs.) Charanjit Mahal, Director, GNGC, GNCH and GNIFD, highly appreciated the initiative and encouraged students to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and explore opportunities to become self-reliant. She emphasised the importance of practical learning, creativity and innovation in preparing students for the evolving world of business and employment.
Dr. (Mrs.) Rakhi Malhotra, Principal, appreciated the enthusiastic participation of the students and encouraged them to actively engage in such experiential learning initiatives for their overall development.
