The Campus of GNGC dazzled with myriad hues as the Annual Fashion Event ‘Fashion Flora ’26 was celebrated on 28^th March, 2026. The mega event witnessed the amalgamation of talent and beauty. The students of the Department of Fashion Designing sashayed the ramp with pride and their self designed dresses. The colourful range of dresses included both traditional and ethnic wear and dresses  designed out of unusual material were showcased in 36 rounds. The Chief Guest of the day President of Guru Nanak Education Trust, S. Gurbir Singh appreciated the efforts of the students and encouraged the young minds to explore their innovative capabilities. The judges of the function included Mrs. Avninder Kaur Dhillon, Assistant Prof., Master Tara Singh Memorial College for Girls, Ludhiana,  Mrs. Gurleen Kaur, Head Department of Fashion Technology, GGNIMT, Ludhiana & Ms. Nandani Gupta, Head Department of Fashion Technology, Gulzar Group of Institutes, Ludhiana)  were much impressed by the kind of radiance and splendour the students exhibited on the stage. Dr.(Mrs.) Charanjit Mahal, Director, GNGC, GNGC & GNIFD made a reference to the amount of labour put in by the students and faculty of the Fashion Designing Department to make this event possible. Esteemed member of Guru Nanak Education Trust Prof. (Dr.) S.S. Mahal graced the occasion. Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Rakhi Malhotra applauded the brilliance and excellence of talent shown by the students in their collection. In entirety, this magnificent event proved to be a successful one.
